We’ve recently updated the Maintenance Requests features to incorporate Vendor Logins and an Estimate process. This will allow you to create a request, e.g. repairing a broken window, and send it via EZPT to a vendor for an estimate on parts and labor. The vendor can login, update the request details to provide the estimate, and then it can proceed through the approval process in EZPaperTrail.
You can now link a user to a vendor so that user can login to handle the requests sent to that vendor. The custom workflow is smart enough to know which user to alert for each request based on the vendor you have selected.
