We’ve been working hard to ensure that EZPaperTrail works well for management companies that oversee schools in different states, time zones, and nations. We’ve updated the settings for facilities to set different time zones and the interface to help make it clearer exactly when something happened even when you’re looking at schools that are on opposite sides of the world. Previously it could be unclear the order in which events at different schools happened when viewing them together in a list since you didn’t know if the 3pm timestamp was for your time zone or the facility’s time zone. We’re constantly looking at details like this to make sure that EZPaperTrail is simple, and easy to understand despite dealing with complex budgets, workflows, and business processes.
